Yes. You can always ask for a receipt from the merchant to make sure they charged you the right amount. You can also check your MahCard Wallet to see a list of all transactions to make sure you have been charged the right amount.

Please also note that the receipt you get from the merchant might be in Farsi (Persian) and you cannot read the numbers unless you know Farsi. If that’s the case, you can use the following simple number converter to map the Farsi number to its equivalent in English:

 

Example: ۱ ۹ ۳ ۴ = 1 9 3 4

 

Please also remember that even if you cannot read the number in the receipt, you can check your MahCard Wallet and see the transaction amount in English.
