How much do you charge? (fees and charges explained)

Card Issuance Fees

Our fee structure is very simple. We only charge you a €19.00 service fee and that’s it! There won’t be any fees for ATMs or surcharges for any purchases or transfers.

 

Transfer Fees

Cash

There are no transfer fees for loading your card with cash.

Online Payments

There is a 7% fee for online payments (credit/debit card payments).

Refunds

Cash refunds

There’s a slight difference between the buying and selling rate of the currency which is about 2 – 3%.

Online refunds by PayPal

There’s up to 4% transfer fee by PayPal depending on the country and currency the money is transferring to.
