What will happen to the money left on my card? (Refunds)
At the end of your trip, if there are any funds left on your card, we give you two options to close your account:
- We can organize cash delivery to your hotel or hostel and give you your remaining balance in cash (only in EUR). Please note, there’s a small difference between buying and selling rate of each currency which is about 2 – 3%.
- We can organize an online fund transfer to your PayPal account. This method includes up to 4% transfer fee depending on the country and the currency the money is transferring to.
