MahCard and Iran Federation of Tourist Guide Association (IFTGA) signed a new contract to help international tourists access Iranian debit cards.

MahCard is an Iranian Debit Card designed for tourists and temporary visitors in Iran. Since international credit or debit cards (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) are not accepted in Iran, tourists have major difficulties managing their money while visiting Iran. This includes carrying around cash in large amounts, which is neither safe nor is it practical. MahCard solves this problem by providing debit cards to tourists while transferring their cash into the card. MahCard can be used to make purchases at any Iranian POS machines, ATMs and over the internet.
